Learn how easy it is to make a delicious coleslaw dressing in minutes with ingredients right in the pantry!

These past few weeks I’ve been sharing with you a few different homemade dressings such as this Ranch Dressing and Italian Dressing. These are perfect to have on hand throughout the summer.

One of the best ones to have ready for a summer cookout is this Coleslaw Dressing.

It is actually a go-to for summer cookouts. If you want to make a great batch of coleslaw, all you need to do is combine this dressing with a bag of coleslaw mix, chill it in the fridge and your side dish will be ready!

What do you need to make coleslaw dressing from scratch?

  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Onion Powder
  • Sugar
  • Celery Seed
  • Cider Vinegar
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

This is all you need to make your own coleslaw dressing, it really is as easy as pulling ingredients out of the pantry!

Once you have your ingredients prepared, you simply use bagged coleslaw mix or your own homemade slaw mix to combine with the dressing.

This Homemade Coleslaw Dressing is naturally gluten-free, so it’s easy to accommodate if that’s a need as well.

Tips for Making Homemade Coleslaw Dressing:

This dressing does need to be stored in the fridge until ready to serve. It’s best served nice and cold, so keep it ready in the fridge. Combine it with the bagged or homemade coleslaw mix just before serving to keep the coleslaw fresh.

This dressing can stay in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks, just simply mix it up again just before using.
