Hegub publishes recipes and kitchen notes. This policy explains what the site collects when you browse or use the contact form.
What the site collects
Pages are public. If you use the contact form, Hegub stores the name, optional reply address, and message you submit so the note can be read. The form also includes a hidden field that catches automated submissions.
The server may keep standard request logs such as browser type, referring page, and the time of a visit. Those logs are used to keep the site reliable.
Analytics and advertising
Hegub uses Google Analytics to understand which recipes are read. Hegub also uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google may use cookies and similar identifiers to measure traffic and to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can control ad personalization in Google ad settings.
