S’mores Brownies

One of the great things about doing occasional recipe link up’s are all the amazing recipes that are shared. This recipe immediately caught my eye, S’mores Brownies. Mention the word S’mores and I’ll be trying them!
I made these just as instructed, and I can honestly say there was not much left! They were that good…a little sticky, but they would not be s’mores without being sticky!
Try this for dessert and you will be in chocolate heaven!

Steps

Preheat the oven to 350*.

Spray an individual square brownie pan with non-stick baking spray.

Prepare the brownie mix as instructed on the package then pour into the brownie pan.

Bake the brownies per package instructions, remove them about 5-10 minutes before they are fully done.

Once removed, carefully add marshmallows and crushed graham crackers to the top of each brownie, carefully pressing down the topping to hold it in place.

Place in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the brownies are done and the marshmallows are slightly toasted.

Let the brownies cool for about 5 minutes, then carefully remove from the pan.

Melt the Almond Bark per the package instructions.

Drizzle it on top of each brownie and serve.

Spray a 9x13 dish with non stick cooking spray then crumble up 1/2 the box of cookies and spread on the bottom of the dish.

Pour the brownie mix evenly on top of the crumbled cookies. If it does not cover the entire dish, it will spread in the oven and cover it evenly.

Bake for 30 minutes or until when a toothpick is inserted it comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and top with the marshmallows and broken apart chocolate bar evenly. Then, crumble the additional cookies over the top of the marshmallows.

Put back in oven for another 5-10 minutes until marshmallows are slightly browned.
