Fresh Spinach or Frozen Spinach:

We prefer to use fresh spinach, which is about 2 cups of fresh spinach. If you use frozen spinach, be sure to drain it completely, then use about 1 cup as it’s typically already chopped.

Tips for Making Gluten-Free Spinach Artichoke Dip:

  • Drain the spinach well, especially if you are using frozen spinach.
  • Always use a food processor, this will yield the best dip consistency.
  • To get that browned top, always use the broiler for 5 minutes. Be sure to watch it closely to avoid overcooking.
  • Serve warm for the best consistency!
  • This dip is naturally gluten-free; however as always, check all ingredients to be sure to avoid any cross-contamination.
