- Baking Potatoes or Russet Potatoes
- Green Bell Peppers
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Velveeta
- Aluminum Foil
Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Cheesy Potatoes:

- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
- Using a sheet of foil, add the olive oil to the bottom of the foil, rolling up the sides slightly to create a bowl.
- Add the potatoes, pepper, mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Then wrap up and place on the grill at medium-high heat of 400 degrees F.
- Cook for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender; they can be flipped in the foil packet halfway through the cooking time.
- When fork-tender, carefully open and place chunks of Velveeta on top of the potatoes.
- Cook an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese has fully melted and the potatoes are tender.
- Carefully open the foil packet and serve.
