Spicy Smoked Sausage Dogs

Steps

   Grill the sausage on medium-high heat, carefully remove and cut down the center just enough to pull them slightly open.

   Place each one in a hot dog bun, top inside the crease of the sausage with the peppers, onion, and cheese.

   Place back on the grill and close lid for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

   Serve.
