Prepare a 9x13 pan with wax paper.
In a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter, then add in the marshmallows.
Once it is bubbly and smooth, remove from heat.
Immediately stir in the cheerios.
Pour into the pan and spread evenly.
Let harden for several hours then cut into squares and use white icing to make the circular design on top.
Serve.
