- Ground Ginger or Grated Peeled Ginger
- Crushed Garlic
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Salt
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- Large sheet pan
Most of these ingredients will be found in your pantry. If you want to lower your sugar intake, use a brown sugar alternative such as Splenda Brown Sugar blend.
This recipe can easily be made gluten-free by using gluten-free soy sauce if that is a need.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.

Pour the marinade into a large Ziploc Bag, add the chicken thighs, and coat them with the marinade.

Lay the chicken thighs flat on a plan and let them sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using.

Preheat the oven to 400°F when ready to bake.

While the chicken is resting, prepare a large sheet pan with nonstick spray.

Add a row of broccoli, potatoes, and carrots.
