Oklahoman Creamy Ranch Dip and Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries by Heinz

This past week, I set out on a mission to find Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries by Heinz at my local Sam’s Club.
My mom and I went and on our way we were thrilled to stop by all the samples making our way to the freezer section, where I easily located the fries.
Once I picked up my fries, next came thinking of dipping sauces. What would be good to dip Sweet Potato Fries in?
Here in Oklahoma and most of the Midwest, there is one dipping sauce that’s likely to be on just about everything. Do you know which one I’m talking about? RANCH! That’s it, what could be better than Sweet Potatoes dipped in Ranch?
Here is the deal though, I’m not a big fan of the runny, ranch dressing. I like thick, creamy and chunky sauce similar to my dill dip. That was my inspiration a similar dip that includes ranch.
After leaving Sam’s Club, I headed out to Target to pick up all my ingredients for Oklahoman Creamy Ranch Dip.
This dip was a hit in our household. My husband does not like sweet potatoes, and my son is extremely picky at the moment; however, they both chowed down! My son enjoyed licking all the dip off the fries then eating them.
I was a bit skeptical of the fries at first as I normally make my own. I was afraid they would be extremely crispy and salty much like regular fries. They were not, they were delicious. They tasted very similar to my baked sweet potato fries. We will be purchasing these more often and definitely making this dip regularly. This dip is perfect with sweet potato fries, pretzels, and veggies. I think it would taste great with pizza too, that’s the Oklahoma girl in me!

Steps
- 1
Begin by mixing the mayo, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix this well until it is no longer lumpy, then add in the remaining ingredients. I believe it taste best after being chilled in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
