Variations of Pressure Cooker Hamburger Helper:

  • Extra Creamy – Add extra cheese or even some cream cheese to give it a creamier texture.

  • Add Spicy Flavor – Add in red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce when serving.

Tips for Making Gluten-Free Pressure Cooker Hamburger Helper:

If making this gluten-free, be sure to use high-quality pasta. We prefer to use Barilla Gluten-Free Pasta or Good and Gather Gluten-Free from Target. These do not have the slimy coating after cooking, which makes them much tastier and gives them a better texture when pressure cooking.

How to Store Leftovers:

Once fully cooled, store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. When ready to reheat, add a little bit of broth or water to loosen up the sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes in the microwave on a microwave-safe dish.

Gluten-Free Pressure Cooker Hamburger Helper is all the classic flavors and tastes that you know and love from childhood, but even better because it’s homemade and uses ingredients right in the pantry!
