The great part about the baking mix is that it last for MONTHS, which means you can easily make a batch and keep it on hand for those times when you want to make some quick pancakes or biscuits, or anything else you can think of!

How do you make Gluten-Free Pancakes with Homemade Bisquick?

The first step is to prepare your baking mix. Once this is prepared, then all you need to do is add milk and eggs.

If you want to do some add-ins like blueberries or chocolate chips, you can easily do that as well.

We like to make these pancakes on an electric griddle but they can also be done in a griddle pan too, whichever you prefer.

The pancakes will come out a little bit thicker than most, due to them being gluten-free, so be sure to keep this in mind as you add the batter.

Once we are ready to cook these, we use about 1/3 cup of batter and cook them for 4-5 minutes before turning them on the other side.

It’s best to keep the griddle around 350°F.

Once we have all our pancakes ready to serve, we top them with warm maple syrup.

This recipe makes about 8 pancakes, and is so simple to make with your already-made baking mix!
