Quick Tips for Pressure Cooker Taco Pasta:

If you are making this gluten-free, use gluten-free pasta and gluten-free taco seasoning. Gluten-Free Barilla Pasta or the Gluten-Free Good and Gather from Target are the best choices. These do not leave a gummy or slimy coating after pressure cooking, which means you really do not have to drain them either.
If you prefer spicy pasta, add red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper. This is a mild taco pasta as written.
The pasta can be garnished with shredded cheese and served with a vegetable of choice; we normally serve it with sweet corn.
How do you store leftovers?

Once fully cooled, store the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, reheat in a microwave-safe plate for 2-3 minutes or until warmed through.
Pressure Cooker Taco Pasta is the ultimate easy dinner; it’s simple to customize and will quickly be a crowd-pleaser too, which just makes it a full-blown dinner win!
