Tips for Making Granola:

This granola will be combined in a large bowl and then baked in the oven at 350 degrees F. Remember that the granola only needs to be slightly hardened when removed from the oven because it will continue to harden up as it cools.

When placing the granola on the prepared baking sheet, it can be all connected similar to making granola bars, then once it’s hardened, it can be lightly broken apart to make small granola pieces.

The granola does need to be fully cooled, usually about 10 minutes of cooling before adding the chocolate chips so that they do not melt. These will be folded into the granola before being stored.

How do you store Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip and Oat Granola?

This granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.

It is easy to make a batch and keep it throughout the week to serve topped with yogurt, smoothie bowl, or as a grab-and-go snack.
