31 Memorial Day Recipe Ideas

It’s time to plan out your Memorial Day Feast! I’m sharing 31 Memorial Day Recipe Ideas to get your started!

Do you have big plans for Memorial Day? Our plans ALWAYS center around the LAKE! Of course, last year we were at the beach. This year, we will be at the ‘beach’…I laugh because Oklahoma beaches are more like dirt and sand combined with a few spotty areas of trees and random debris. It’s not white sand beaches…not even close; however, I’m sure we will be out on one or sitting in the boat in the middle of the water. I still love it even if they aren’t white sand beaches.

My husband is also determined to get me to camp out in a tent. I’ll admit that I’ve successfully gotten out of every single camping trip due to some type of circumstance. I believe last year my daughter was sick so we couldn’t go, my husband and son just went. This year he says it’s the year…yikes! I hope he’s ready for this! It may end up being quite the learning and growing experience for our marriage.

What are some camping essentials that I need to take with me? I’d love some tips.

I’m going to share though these 31 Memorial Day Recipe Ideas, many of which we use each year even when we are at the lake. We still manage to make some tasty food by just using the fire or setting up at the campsite.
