Tips for Making Pellet Grill Green Beans and Potatoes:
This recipe is made with green beans and baby potatoes. We prefer to use whole baby potatoes and keep them whole; however, if you prefer, you can slice them in half too.
Using a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, evenly place the potatoes and green beans on the foil.
Evenly coat them with olive oil, garlic salt, and rosemary. Once they are well coated fold the foil up to create a foil-pack. This foil-packed can be placed on a preheated pellet grill at 400 degrees F.

These will cook for about 20 minutes and can be flipped halfway through cooking time if preferred. Remember that all grills tend to heat differently, so it’s best to check the potatoes.
These should be fork tender to be considered done.
This easy side dish is best served warm right off the grill. If needed, add additional kosher salt or red pepper flakes before serving.

Enjoy this simple side dish!
