Milky Way Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches

Steps

   Preheat oven to 375*.

   Combine all ingredients except for Milky Way Simply Caramel BITES in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, folding in the chocolate chips.

   Spray a muffin top tin and fill each tin with the cookie dough.

   Place a Milky Way Simply Caramel BITE in the middle of each cookie, pressing it down and then covering it with dough on top.

   Bake for 10-12 minutes.

   Let them cool for 5-10 minutes then remove them from the pan by loosening the edges with a knife. If possible using a small spatula also helps to remove them easily.

   Let them cool completely on a wire rack.

   Once they are completely cooled take two cookies and place them on a piece of foil. The foil should be large enough to wrap around the cookie once it's filled with ice cream.

   Place softened ice cream about 1 inch thick on one side of the cookie.

    Place the other cookie on top of the ice cream to form the sandwich.

    Immediately foil wrap it and place it in the freezer.

    Repeat this process for all remaining cookies and store them in the freezer for 6-8 hours to fully harden.
