Have you had a pumpkin spice latte yet this season? If not, I’m here to show you how easy it is to make one right at home.

This particular recipe will make 2 Pumpkin Spice Lattes and there are a few variations you can do to this recipe. I’m finding that I enjoy my latte with coconut milk more than regular milk. Anyone else discover that?

That was my discovery from visiting Starbucks recently, I opted for coconut milk and it gave it a sweeter taste, which I loved. I also love a good Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte too, which is easy to do with this recipe as well.

Pair your latte with a slice of Pumpkin Roll Cake!

Where can you find Canned Pumpkin?

This has been the golden question this season it seems. Canned Pumpkin seems to be missing from many stores this year, which is unfortunate but you do have alternatives.

Pumpkin Puree can be made right at home with this easy method on Homemade Pumpkin Puree. It’s very easy to make with just a pumpkin. It can even be made in the Instant Pot too.

I also found canned pumpkin at Aldi, so far that’s the only store that I’ve been able to find it out near us.

What do you need for Homemade Pumpkin Spice Lattes?

I also prefer no whipped cream, but that’s up to you too! It’s all about what you prefer, right?

Tips for Making Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte:

This particular method involves using the stove, it can also be done in the microwave as noted in the recipe.

If you do have an actual espresso machine, you can mix all of the stovetop ingredients in a stainless steel milk frothing pitcher. Once it’s in the pitcher you would use the heated steaming wand of the machine to warm up and blend the ingredients. This would be similar to how it would be made traditionally at a coffee shop.

This particular method though will teach you how to make pumpkin spice lattes on the stovetop.

In this case, though, this recipe is written to be made by those that may not have the fancy machine at home.
