Gluten Free Peach Pie

Are you having friends over soon? If so, this Gluten Free Peach Pie is a must serve. It won’t last long around your home because it’s just that good. I’m sharing this recipe in partnership with Lucky Leaf, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

A few weeks back, I made this amazing Gluten Free Peach Pie using gluten free graham crackers for the crust. It was so good in fact that I barely made it through the photos without having a slice. The next thing I knew, my kids had forks in hand to pull up a chair and have a slice too. I decided to put what was left in the fridge and by the evening after my husband had his turn there was nothing but crumbs left. In all honesty, this isn’t normal for me. I typically try to use self control and portion control. That just was not happening with this one.

It was the perfect summer treat and even into fall. It was cool and delicious. I used Lucky Leaf Peach Pie Filling to give it the delicious flavor. The reason I choose Lucky Leaf is because there is no high fructose corn syrup and that is definitely something I don’t want in my desserts! Their pie filling contains more fruit and is so versatile too. Basically any flavor can be used to make this pie. Can you imagine this in apple? I’m already craving another one.

Since most of my family eats gluten free, I decided to use my own homemade graham cracker crust. It gave that sweetness I was looking for paired with the peaches and whipped topping. It tasted a lot like a peach crisp even though it’s a pie, which is exactly what I was going for. I garnished ours with cinnamon and peaches, and then honestly just take the pie plate and a fork and eat up. Of course, if you are sharing then you may want to use your own plate, but one bite won’t be enough. Trust me!

Right now, you can find even more tasty recipes from Lucky Leaf on their Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest pages.

Now, which recipe do you want to try? Do you have a favorite flavor? This peach pie tops my list of favorites!

Enjoy!
