Tips for Making the Best Dill Ham Salad:

- Texture Matters – The ham will be diced in the food processor, and pulse longer to get more minced ham. If you prefer chunky bits of ham, pulse for just a few seconds or chop by hand.
- Flavor – If you prefer, use 1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh dill instead of dried dill; the dill gives it the flavor, so don’t skip it!
- Make Ahead – This recipe is great to make ahead and store in the fridge, the colder the better!
- Variations – Add in chopped pickle, chopped peppers, or cream cheese and mayo for a tangy twist.
How to store leftover Dill Ham Salad:

Store the dill ham salad in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Stir it up before spreading and serving. It’s best served on bread as a sandwich, with crackers, or over a bed of lettuce in a salad.
