- Ground Beef (80/20)
- Corn Meal
- Chicken Broth
- Gluten-Free Worcestershire Sauce
- Ranch Seasoning
- Pepperoncini
- Whole Egg
- Butter
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly grease an 8-inch cake pan and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, corn meal, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, ranch seasoning, chopped pepperoncini, and egg.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Shape into a meatloaf and place in the cake pan.
- Top with the sliced butter and pepperoncini.
- Bake at 350 degrees F or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving.
