Teaser: Southwestern Chicken Salad

This salad was delicious.

Marinated Chipotle chicken on fresh greens. Amazing.

Then, I entered utter chaos AKA my house! At some point during remodeling our floors and having to completely empty out my office, I misplaced the paper that I wrote my recipe down on.

Of course, this would be the one time I did not rewrite it on the computer as soon as I made it.

What now? I have to remake it.

I will use that excuse, because I really want to eat some. Now.

Recipe coming soon…I hope!

Maybe it will reappear soon!

A girl can hope.
