We are officially moved into our house and trying to get back into a routine and just relax. After a whirlwind move, my husband and I then headed out of town within two weeks of moving in. It was exhausting to say the least! Now, I’m home and ready to stay here for a while and get back into the cooking groove. I’m feeling very inspired lately with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, and I am anxious to see all of your wonderful ideas.

When I saw this recipe, I quickly pulled it up to see what it was all about for Mini Cherry Cheesecakes! I should of known it was from Libby at Cooking with Libby.
