Cucumber Sandwiches Lunchbox Idea

My daughter LOVES veggies, so lucky for me I can pack her lunch with them right now. I’m just going to hope she stays this way. For my daughter’s lunch, I like to add cucumber sandwiches along with a variety of finger foods.

To make the cucumber sandwiches, simply shave up the cucumber and mix it with a little bit of cream cheese then just spread it onto the bread. It’s simple, plus I have cucumbers straight from the garden.

I also paired hers with garden fresh cherry tomatoes, blueberries, cheese, ham, and a Go-Gurt.

This is a quick, easy, and garden fresh lunch!
