Kitchen Gadget: Microplane Zester

Next on my list of favorite kitchen gadgets is this Microplane Zester. I’ll confess a few things here, when I started this website, I had no idea what a microplane zester was. Honestly, I did not even know what it meant to ‘zest a lemon’. I have taught myself how to cook, so when I started this was not even something I knew that I needed.

Pushing forward to the past few months, I finally bought a microplane and now I use it all the time! I love adding lemon, lime, or orange zest to recipes and since buying this microplane it has made it so much eaiser to ‘zest a lemon’!

Do you have this zester? What do you think of it?
