Growing and Transplanting in the Garden

The garden is really starting to take off. I am so excited this year because we did not see this much growth last year. Of course, this time we started with plants. The corn though we did with seeds, so that has really grown in the last few weeks.
Our container gardening is going very well too. We had to transplant the tomato plant to the garden because it started to take over the container. This is our first year attempting tomatoes, and I’m hoping for some good, juicy tomatoes!
The cilantro and basil are flourishing; however, my dill is not! Last year it was the opposite. I am hoping to revive the dill though this weekend as I replant it.
Lastly, my husband also planted blackberries near our fence. He is so anxious for those to grow. I am sure he’ll be eating them all summer long.
That’s a look at what is happening in the garden this week. My husband and son go check on the garden each day anxiously awaiting produce!
