Brownie Cupcakes and Signature Brands Giveaway

Do you love brownies like I do? How about bite size brownie cupcakes? Signature Brands sent me a large package of all I needed to make these brownie cupcakes including the new Oreo Icing, S’mores Icing, and brownie mix.

The 1st time I made these, I went wrong and ended up with brownie cupcakes that looked pretty, but were not edible. I could have used them as a weapon. I thought about it, but decided the to just stick with using them as paper weights. Just kidding…maybe.

The 2nd time around, I followed the instructions on the box as oppose to the recipe card I had and they turned out perfect. I baked them in muffin tins for about 20-25 minutes. I topped the brownies with the new Oreo Icing along with crushed oreo’s and then I ate them. All of them. Gone. Instantly.

Signature Brands knew what they were doing when they came up with the latest icing flavors. The two that I was able to try were Oreo and S’mores, my favorite was the traditional Oreo flavor. I am an Oreo fan so in icing form is even better.
