I am a baked potato lover! I love the versatility that comes with baked potatoes and topping them with a variety of ingredients. Today I am going to share with you a few of my favorite baked potato recipes! Many of these can be done with leftovers of meals throughout the week then topped over a potato to make a whole new meal!
