As I thought about what to share today, I decided to highlight one of my favorite foods, Spaghetti Squash.
I will admit that I love scraping the inside of a spaghetti squash. It’s weird, I know. It’s just so fun though to watch all of that squash that looks solid turn into little strings of spaghetti! I have a variety of favorite Spaghetti Squash recipes and learn of new ones to try daily. It is so versatile and a great alternative to a typical pasta.
