These cookies will be made with a Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. This needs to be a 1:1 ratio with regular flour. We use King Arthur Gluten-Free Flour; however, others like Bob’s Red Mill and Cup 4 Cup will work wonderfully too.

I’ve always made gluten-free cookies this way because I like simple and do not like using several different types of flour.
