Garden season is upon us! I originally shared these recipes last year, but I thought I would share it again as we head into gardening season. We have a lot growing out in our garden and I’m anxious to start cooking with it. We’ve been out of town the past week or so, now that we are back, I’m getting our garden fixed up and starting to cook with some of the produce too. It’s always nice to go on a vacation, but there really is no place like home. Of course, we stayed right on the lake and it was nice to enjoy a clear blue lake, we are used to the mud brown lakes here in Oklahoma. We had a great time though in Upper Michigan and I’d love to go back again!

Now though, I’m ready to enjoy the rest of our summer. I am sure it’ll be time to go back to school again soon because it always sneaks up on us. I’m planning to enjoy some garden fresh salads on the back porch this weekend, are you?
