Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite days, and it has nothing to do with being with my sweetheart. Of course, I do love being with my husband but I absolutely love all the fun that comes with Valentine’s Day. I love to buy my kids a little something to say ‘I Love You’, plus I love making heart shaped festive foods for them too, including my husband! I’m going to share 21 Recipe Ideas for Valentine’s Day to help get you started.
Then, it’s basically been our longstanding tradition for many years now, my husband and I will make dinner after the kids go to bed for just us and enjoy a movie night at home. Yes, I know we are boring but we love it. It’s relaxing and gives us time together without the kids, plus I find it’s much easier to make a special dinner at home instead of fighting the crowds at restaurants.
