I actually really LOVE Memorial Day, obviously for the meaning of it and then also because it’s the unofficial start to summer. The downside this year is we actually have to go back to school after Memorial Day. That’s pretty much unheard of around these parts. This crazy winter though left us with TONS of missed days, so luckily we don’t have to go past the end of May!
Let’s start this week though with the main dish…the BURGERS!
